DANIEL McKAY
Dan McKay, born and raised in Yakima, Washington, is a talented artist with a passion for drawing and painting. He moved to Seattle to attend Cornish College of the Arts and graduated with a BFA in 1995. McKay achieved early success with the COCA Northwest Annual in 1994. Following his graduation, he participated in smaller shows, including exhibitions at Zeitgeist and Lead Gallery. During a hiatus from exhibiting, McKay dedicated himself to developing his unique artistic style.
In addition to his artistic pursuits, McKay collaborated with production teams at major stunt events such as Hot Wheels at the Indy 500 and the X-Games. He also worked on art installation and fabrication for Comic-Con's Assassin's Creed and served as an art lead and artist assistant at Summit festivals. McKay resumed showcasing his work at Georgetown Arts and Cultural Center in 2017 and Cafe Racer in 2020.
Determined to expand his career, McKay continues to produce artwork and remains focused on his artistic journey.
